Reservoir Labs provides leading-edge consulting and contract R&D to the computer industry, government, and business end-users. We have been succeeding in this business since 1990. We differ from other research laboratories in that we focus exclusively and intensely on client objectives, and consistently exceed expectations. Our specialty in compilers continues to grow in importance as compilers manage and optimize systems of escalating complexity and scale, and has allowed us to add value and participate in a range of interesting research areas.

Who we’re seeking
For technical positions, we typically seek engineers with superior experience in compilers and computer architectures to fill positions such as Managing Engineer, Senior Engineer, Engineer. As we evaluate candidates, we focus on the projects and publications they have previously completed. We look for people who can not only knock out technical implementations, but also have a deep understanding of why and how the technology works, and a vision for how the technology will (or should) evolve.
For business positions, we see experienced, resourceful, high-initiative candidates with the versatility and vision to handle new challenges. We also offer entry level business associate positions which enable entrepreneurially minded people to quickly get a hands on 360 view of the operational aspects of a growing consulting services and product company.
In general, we seek candidates that are likely to work well with our teams, and ultimately will be able to lead them. An entrepreneurial and resourceful spirit suitable for a small company is also important. We highly appreciate candidate with strong communication skills.
We do hire interns working on their undergraduate or graduate degrees, in both technical and business positions, for both summer positions and part time school years positions.
